Bio

Music has been my love for as long as I can remember.  The memories are vivid of my mother singing Nancy Sinatra’s Down Town in the kitchen when I was a little girl.  Weekend road trips with the repetitive Bill Gorgan’s Goat going on for miles, turn after turn.  Music has taken me places that I never thought I would go and has introduced me to some of the most interesting and finest people I know.  It may have even saved me at a point in my life when my voice through song was the only way I could speak.  With two CDs and basket-full of original songs I have had the fortune of sharing the stage with countless local and national artist whose talents continue to inspire me today.  I have also had the honor of being acknowledged by my peers with several Seattle music awards, including being a Lilith Fair finalist and the joy of having the opportunity to play at the Gorge.  The highlight of my musical journey came when I was asked to play the role of Shelia in the 5th Avenue’s production of HAIR…for two years!   I had to pinch myself every night back stage to remind myself that ‘yes, I really get to do this!”  And though music has been both my salvation and inspiration, my first love will always be my family and close friends.  Without their love and support the music would end.

Eagerly looking down the road to see where this journey will lead…
